The character talking about the atoms in the movie, is called captain Fairbanks (George DiCenzo).
The title for this remix version is actually taken from a continuation of that monolog by Fairbanks, yet none of it is actually used in the track. It goes as follows:
"I am punishing the atoms by making an example of them, an object lesson, a thing, so when the other atoms see what's coming they'll let me pass through."

Here's what you hear in this track, some lines repeated.

Actually this is a remix of a track originally titled "A Lesson For The Atoms" featured on the Effective Force album "Illuminate The Planet". Then again there is also "Illuminate The Planet (World In Order Mix)" by PvD but compared to this track, that one is about 3 minutes longer, very different and a whole lot faster. Both wicked tracks tho!
PS. the spoken bits about atoms here are by George DiCenzo, sampled from the movie "The Ninth Configuration" (1979).
